When you arrive at Kochi airport you will be received at the arrival terminal by our representative. We will proceed on a drive to Munnar and will stop in the waterfalls on the way. You can also stop at Neriamangalam bridge to watch Periyar river . Take pit stops on the Valara waterfalls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls on the way to Munnar . Check into the resort . After breakfast, spend the day in local sightseeing in Munnar. Munnar drives its name from the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale. Mattupetty is a popular picnic spot where you can opt for activities like boating and horse riding. Indo Swiss Dairy Farm is a little ahead of Mattupetty lake is famous for around 100 varieties of cattle. Close by is the Echo Point, which offers you a panoramic view and the thrill of hearing your voice echo. After breakfast check out from the resort in Munnar and proceed to Alleppey. Starting from Alleppey we will take you through r block and c block (r block and c block are man made paddy fields made from Lake during the ruling of King and here cultivation happens below sea level) and will pass through Venattukad, Munattumugham, Nedumudi , Chennamkari, Kainakari, Meenapally Kayal, Pallathuruthy and return back to Alleppey. Enjoy the scenes in a Kerala country side in a backwater cruise -skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes and swaying coconut palms. All meals will be served on board. Overnight stay at houseboat.( Ac time 9pm to 6am)
After breakfast, checkout from Alleppey and proceed to Fort Kochi. Once you reach your destination- Fort Kochi, check into the hotel and proceed for your tour to Fort Kochi. Located at a distance of 12 km from the main city in Kerala, Fort Kochi has an amazing history that still draws visitors from all over the world to its shores.
