The distance between Athirapilly and Munnar is approximately 150 kilometers, and the drive takes about 4-5 hours through picturesque landscapes. Continue your journey and make a brief stop at Adimali, a small town known for its spice markets. You can buy some local spices and tea here. In the late afternoon or early evening, check in at your resort in Munnar.
Enjoy your breakfast and spend the day doing local sightseeing in Munnar. Start your sightseeing by visiting the tea gardens for a morning walk or stroll. Munnar is famous for its lush tea plantations, and the morning is an ideal time to experience the serenity of the tea gardens and Head to the Mattupetty Dam, which is around 13 kilometers from Munnar. You can enjoy a boat ride on the dam and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Proceed to Kundala Lake, which is about 20 kilometers from Mattupetty Dam.
